He has skills in league one I agree. But 10 goals in the championship half of which were penalties... They are close to the play offs and I wouldn't be exactly excited if that's the man brought in to push them into contention.

His numbers in the championship were hugely inflated by penalties. He's ok at the level, but he's not gonna push any team into the play offs based on how he played for P'boro.

He didn't make mistakes leading to lots of goals but after the first 10/15 games (think he got covid) they certainly did start to creep into his game and he hasn't seemed regain his good form from when he first got here.
