It seems there are occasions when you can have events in the jaguar arena when CCFC are playing at home. However you do not know what upcoming events ACL are in negotiation for. There maybe some events that will be dependant on not having 32k people ( they have to plan for the worse case...

New Broom reporting on the City at CT

Personally I don't think the question is whether they can get access to someone else's 30-40 million. It is more a case of when they then look to get a return on their investment we are talking about someone buying CCFC for 100-110 million. None of the people who have been granted access Ms...

Truth, Lies and Videotape. Les Reid and the Ricoh row

Makes very interesting reading Maybe it is worth sending to the CET to publish

Throw down the gauntlet - make an offer

For me it is the only realistic solution that suits both sides. SISU can't build a long term viable new stadium. The council will never get the votes to sell the Ricoh to SISU A rent deal is the only way forward. The way SISU negotiate the only way it will happen is if they make the approach...

Lying that is a very strong term? To accuse me of lying you must know that ACL have no up and coming business opportunities that would have to be scrapped if CCFC return. Do you?

    ACL independently strong

Yep could be either. Brandon and Ryton don't seem like ripe pickings to me for such a development

Some have suggested it is worth the club coming back to the Ricoh rent free. If ACL are sustainable without them. I am saying that is an interesting idea. However the financial gains for ACL ( on things such as marketing and publicity, would have to be worth more than the potential lost...

The Ricoh the venue, not just the pitch. On a match day the whole venue it is completely taken out. 5 events could potentially earn them the same as a football club paying nothing.

PKWH on CWR Shane O'Connor 23/10/2013

Les Reid's campaign seems to play a key role in providing that perception. However it really does seem that it is a minority who are rightly getting desperate as they are missing out in some top football and it seems to them as the quickest solution. However it doesn't seem realistic to me.

But is that with plans for the Ricoh to be used on Match-days by people who pay their way?

No plans yet, I am sure the telegraph will get round to asking about this soon

The JR was laughed at. It was in my opinion always about applying financial pressure. The appeal in my opinion is futile.

Legal requirements? Would that include justification for the need for their development over the complaints against it, of which their will be many.
