Anyone up for a bit of bogus bidding? :D

Or make the punishment fit the crime and tip a litre of Johnson’s Paint over them?

    32,000 sold already

Got to admire your cool about it Moff, well spoken. But can't help thinking your desire to get to this game is less than for many people. This feels like a once in a lifetime chance for a lot of the younger generation and families, who have only really ever known misery.

    Begging thread

Wingy, I’m not sure I agree with all the details, but I 100% agree with your thinking. Who do we need to look after, how can we ensure that tickets go to real supporters, especially the ones whose commitment may have wavered? Instead, they seem to have gone out of their way to sideline the...

Quick Otis, snap some of those up :)

    32,000 sold already

You’re not a “part-timer” though are you, you’ve basically stopped, so don’t equate yourself with the thousands of people who go to as many games as they can without being ST holders (like robbiekeane on this thread), and who have been completely sidelined by the club. I totally get that season...

    Person who collapsed

There were a lot of stewards gathered around in that block a few minutes after the game, and I was told it was a medical incident. Didn't like to ask further, but it seemed more than a trivial thing.

Match Thread Coventry v Gillingham Match Thread - Saturday 18th Feb

Well pleased with the 3 points, and despite our predicament the good team spirit is clearly visible on the pitch. Being adrift at the bottom of the Third Division feels so unnecessary :( I tried without success to start a Callum Reilly fan club after his debut against Bolton. I didn’t see...

    Club’s Wembley FAQ

Sorry if this has been highlighted elsewhere, I don’t have time to read all the threads. The Club have put up this Wembley FAQ page, which is quite good I think (thanks CCFC) … FAQ: Frequently asked questions answered ahead of priority sale on Wembley tickets Many of the tricky questions about...

Warning – Wembley concessions, no 18-21 category?

I agree it’s dead easy Scottie, but you are the only one to get it right so far :) When you happen to find that line on the website and be looking directly at it, it’s clear. But as soon as you look away to explain it to someone, you are liable to get it wrong, especially if you are used to...

    Mixed Feelings

JJ, I believe I remember your tragedy, and even though you won’t know me it moved me greatly at the time (it still does sometimes). I’ll send a message to explain why. You wouldn’t have come on here if the question wasn’t troubling you. So I’ll give you my heartfelt answer. Yes, go to...

Warning – Wembley concessions, no 18-21 category?

Fine I agree, my OP was badly worded and no “statement” is necessary. Just put an asterisk next to the words “Concession” and “Junior”, drawing people’s attention to the footnote. From a question asked on another thread, and by somebody in my workplace, it’s obvious not everyone has seen that...

Warning – Wembley concessions, no 18-21 category?

Just to clarify, I wasn’t arguing that 18-21s should always get cheaper rates. It just occurred to me that City fans might wrongly assume that the categories were the same at Wembley as for the Ricoh, and buy concession tickets for 18-21 year olds, only to find that they get refused entry when...

Warning – Wembley concessions, no 18-21 category?

Just a quick warning to those of you lucky enough to be able to buy tickets next week. If you look at the CCFC website tickets page, it seems like the definition of “Concessions” for Wembley is NOT the same as for home games at the Ricoh. The website says “Please note: Concessions are classed...

    6 final tickets per STH

As I understand it, CCFC will have a finite allocation of just under 40,000. This is a much bigger city than you’d normally expect to be competing in this match, and after decades without a big event my feeling is that we will sell out regardless of the pitiful state of the club. Could be wrong.

    6 final tickets per STH

I realise you’re making helpful suggestions CD, and I did think about buying a Match Package. They don’t appear to offer any meaningful saving this year, which is why we didn’t bother at the start of the season. But I see you can at least now buy them online (that wasn’t possible last season...

Match Thread AFC Wim'don v Coventry Match Thread - Tuesday 14th Feb

That’s how I’ve felt on many occasions in recent seasons, but this one tonight REALLY hurt. I could honestly have seen us scrambling out of this if we’d hung on for 3 points.
