    Home is king for promotion

Agreed. After our form of the last 12 months, plus Rudoni back and the Jan window looming closer, if we didn't return a record of at least 17 wins, 5 draws, 9 defeats it would be a shock to me. Got to stop getting ahead of myself but it's really difficult not to...

    For any remaining non-believers

I referenced Ipswich in my initial post. I agree, I think they will be up there. What we did in 2020- Oct 24 feels less relevant to what we've done in the most recent 12 month period, surely? We've absolutely destroyed 1.8 ppg for a year. Boro, Stoke etc to hit 90 points would need to be...

    For any remaining non-believers

Yeah I do agree and my initial post was done deliberately flippantly given we are now (checks Twitter comments from all non-Coventry fans) "the most arrogant fanbase in the country". It still stands though that every other team needs to achieve a ppg return in their last 31 games far beyond...

Are you starting to really believe?

We've been averaging pretty much 2 points per game for Lampard's entire year in charge. We've picked up about 20 points more than the next best team in that time. We're the best team in the league which is why we're already essentially 8 points clear of third. It's happening, mate.

And the offside goal against Burnley was arguably the best of the lot. :)

The run of 7 to christmas

And when Tyler Walker was our top scorer. If we end up doing that or worse after the start we've had I'm officially giving up on football.

    For any remaining non-believers

It's difficult to look at the table below and not feel incredibly confident about this season. It looks at the table as it stands, what each team would need to do from here to reach 90 points, and then compares that with how they've performed over their last 46 matches. In summary, we can...

For anybody interested you can now buy The Enemy merch from the online store. Don't tell my dad who I made drive to the CBSA yesterday to get me a hoodie. https://www.ccfcstore.com/leisurewear/collections/ccfc-x-the-enemy/

Are you starting to really believe?

I'd argue that Rushworth, van Ewijk, Grimes, Rudoni, Sakamoto and Wright (when he's on it) are as good as anybody in their positions in the league so not sure I agree with the 'individually not outstanding' comment. Starting to believe? It's hard not to but a long way to go.

Can we get to 50 points

Think its 83 points from 43 matches under Lampard so pretty much.
