Next 8 fixtures. Halfway stage, Id take this.

We've drawn 4 times as many games as we've lost. And won 2.5 times more than we've drawn. It would be more accurate to call us a 'win team'. :)

Really? There’s loads left in the north stand and about 20 have been sold in block 9.

Not a disaster by any means. But it clearly sells out at Cat B like Charlton will. Probably at Cat A as well as there wouldn’t have been any furore made by West Brom and they’d have sold their 2.8K. The pricing has definitely had an impact on sales.

It’s testament to our start that even if we lose 5 and win 3 we’d still probably be top 2. I’d be very happy with 14 from those 8.

Completely agree. All of those matches in that scenario will have a huge draw. They could probably intorduce a Band A++and still sell-out. The price has definitely played a part for this weekend though. Still early in the season, on TV, shit opponent that nobody cares about, 5 weeks before...

I'll be delighted if we hit 30K. That would require around 29K home tickets being sold though (presuming they have sold 1K). I hope I'm wrong but I will be amazed if this isn't our lowest crowd of the season. Edit: What's the home capacity now, around 29.5K? Block 9 has barely sold anything...

A few thousand. Hopefully this will make Doug see that there are only very specific games where the public will swallow £45 tickets. Its clearly worked for Swansea on boxing day. Leicester feels like it will due to the rivalry. Birmingham - their fans are heady with thinking they will be in...

Match Thread Coventry City v WBA Sat 22nd November 25 12.30 KO

If the parachute teams who got battered week in week out in the PL last season came down and were in the top 3 in the Championship then I'd see a stronger argument for claiming the Championship is 'poor'. The fact that they aren't surely proves the opposite.

They've fucked over Haji here by not showing the build up properly in the video.

    Leicester At It Yet Again!

To illustrate this further they'd need to win 26 of their last 31 to hit 90 points. 🤣

Isn't the rule that the away club have to pay for the tickets not sold if they take the full allocation? Or have I made that up? It would be funny if the West Brom 'boycott' ended up costing their own club. And if not, why do some clubs (eg Charlton) get a lower allocation? Why not just give...

    EFL Panini

I bought all of these when they originally came out over the 95/96 and 96/97 seasons. From memory David Burrows, Richardson, Isaias, Oggy, Salako were amongst the players included. I inexplicably got rid of them but a few years back I did buy Dion, Nuddy and Oggy back off ebay a few years back.

Football 84 was my first one, 8p for 4 stickers (I think). I have completed 84, 85, 86 and 87 albums at home. My favourite childhood memory. I'll 100% be doing next year's PL album if we go up and I give not one fuck that I will be turning 50 in March. Will probably also collect the EFL one...

Match Thread Coventry City v WBA Sat 22nd November 25 12.30 KO

There is more chat about boxing and NFL on the West Brom forum than there is about their actual team's game this weekend.

The Sunderland, Burnley and Leeds manager won every manager of the month award last season bar one. Hopefully Lampard will suffer the same 'curse' as them.

If you were offered second now ...

They're not. We are overwhelming favourites to win the league with the bookies as it stands.

Yeah actually looking this morning sales look pretty healthy! 🤣 Not sure how much is still to be opened up though.

Are you starting to really believe?

Yeah but our away kit is hot coral so that's where the similarity ends.
