    Legal Argument

It's a nonsense argument that you can easily flip on it's head. People who say attendances are too low, and argue that a thousand more on the gate would make a a difference; you could easily argue back that the extra revenue wouldn't even cover Wood and Bell's wages. True, but we'd still like...

    Play Offs

Perhaps my understanding is a little fuzzy. We in effect went into administration last night, so if the FL decide a points deduction is warranted, surely it will be levied this season? The outcome of Tuesday is largely irrelevant as I see it.

    Not much sympathy from Walsall

People only started slinging mud after they had read the comments on their website. Seriously, don't expect to make jokes about the blitz and then expect nothing in return. If anyone has a superior attitude it is them, constantly bleating on about how they make a profit each year. Good for...

    Legal Argument

This is something we don't know. Were SISU ever close to agreeing a deal, or were they just throwing up objections for the sake of it? If it's the latter, I struggle to understand what their thought process was and where they thought this would all end. My gut feeling was that there was a...

    ACL: Internet Rumours Are Untrue

Yeah, but apart from that it's been a blast :p

CCFC Ltd (in admin) Directors Liability

About as sharp as a butter knife. There is a whiff of that I admit, but it is nothing they cannot bat away. I have been on the end of some razor sharp business practices - this is nothing in comparison.

    ACL: Internet Rumours Are Untrue

Get away with what? They have outflanked ACL with this latest move and it has left them floundering and rushing to reassure everyone that the club are welcome to play at the Ricoh (ACL have just ruled out the last available option left open to them). Get away with the points deduction? It...

    Not much sympathy from Walsall

That's a very loose definition of the term 'rival'; when clearly the suggestion is (from them) is that there is some sort of meaningful rivalry between the two clubs, based I imagine on locality, which is absolute shit. Some people seem to spend their whole day trying to be a smart-arse.

    Irony - West Ham

Considering the land on which Upton Park sits is said to be worth anything between £25-£50 million, then the up front funding required from West Ham is a snip.

    ACL: Internet Rumours Are Untrue

They weren't really internet rumours though. The online chatter followed reports from mainstream media sources which stated that SISU had briefed them to say they were looking at another venue and had FA agreement. All part of the game I imagine.

Playing elsewhere ! Who says so ?

It's quite simple, SSN reported last night that they had be informed by a club spokesman that preparations to play elsewhere had been made and that this had FA approval. It isn't as though someone just made this up.

No more games at the Ricoh

    Un-fucking-believable.

No more games at the Ricoh

Now now, you know he didn't say that, he said they "wouldn't fall off a cliff" and was clearly referring to the last 3 games of the season. He may well be wrong on that, but if you are going to accuse someone of speaking garbage, at least try and understand what they are saying (is all I'm saying).

No more games at the Ricoh

I think he was only referring to the last 3 games. Clearly, a full season away from Coventry and crowds would plummet.

No more games at the Ricoh

You were very vocal in your calls to lock the doors earlier this evening. Good outcome for you?

No more games at the Ricoh

You keep saying that like it's a good deal. For a 3rd division club, it is still crippling.

No more games at the Ricoh

That's the sort of creative accounting SISU would be proud of.

No more games at the Ricoh

The club have been paying £10,000 a match to cover that, and on top of that ACL make from car parking and other F&B revenues.
