Goodbye CCFC and Sky Blues Talk

I think the vast majority of people were nervous about a hedge fund taking over, however the majority felt that while they would be ruthless the only way for them to make money was to make us successful so they obviously had a plan for that and the fact that the only other option seemed to be...

    Questions about exiting Administration

Les reed said they expected it to be at least 3 weeks for the sale of ltd to be concluded and for us to come out of administration, that was a week ago, so presumably that means 2 weeks more if all goes well and it seems to me things are always taking longer than expected. Presumably another...

Lets say we stay at the Ricoh - Attendance ?

sky blue milf was one of the less than 5% who were pleased that Otium were the winning bidders, fair to say his views make no sence.

The Battle Has Been Lost But Not The War

I think attendance is going to fall very significantly even at the Ricoh, some of it will be due to not a penny more but most of it will simply be down to people being fed up, disillusioned, not believing we are going to be successful and because of really late season ticket sales etc. Last year...

Walker - City Supporter Survey Results Will Be Out

More lies from ccfc. They arn't going to attract people back like this.

The Battle Has Been Lost But Not The War

It's not but it's sisus money, when sisu come to sell they arn't going to get any more for the club if they are owed 20 or 200 million, it makes no difference. The only way to get sisu to sell though is if their losses are so high they want to get out quickly.

    Breaking news

Thats my major problem with it (though it seems probably not true anyway) it's just dragging out this slow motion train crash we are involved in. They spent all year negotiating, if they really were doing it again surely they could pick up where they left off and come to a proper deal. It would...

    Breaking news

8k is a drop of nearly 30% and lower than our lowest league crowd last year, so if anything I think its a pessimistic assessment. We all know that everyone won't keep up the threat, I still plan too because I'm still completely fed up and a 1 year deal wouldn't change that, a proper deal where I...

    Breaking news

Good news I guess, it does mean another season where everything is still up in the air though and it's likely to be a worse season than last year and with significantly lower crowds than last year, 8k average perhaps. Just more very slow lingering death better than the fast death elsewhere though.

    QuickQuid our new shirt sponsors??

I don't think there is anyone in the thread getting outraged that these people are about to become our sponsors are there?

    QuickQuid our new shirt sponsors??

agreed the simple fact of the matter is if for some reason circumstances conspire that we desperately need to buy or pay something urgently and don't have the money we can use a credit card, we can get what is basically a months loan for absolutely no cost (and in fact get added value from doing...

    QuickQuid our new shirt sponsors??

Because in almost all situations if you are desperate enough to have to use one of these companies then you can't afford to use one of these companies so you are getting yourself into more and more trouble. They prey on desperate, vulnerable (and without wishing to sound mean people of lower...

At which point do you personally switch off CCFC and to what degree?

His comment wasn't really incorrect even though everything you say is right, as while Brighton were away they were run by someone who was doing best by the club, it was the bit before that where they weren't. for 10 of the 12 years they were still in Brighton too just at an athletics stadium...

At which point do you personally switch off CCFC and to what degree?

Brighton had an average of 2300 while playing in Gillingham with some games around the 1k mark. This season they averaged 25k. But yeah Brighton fans are wonderful and we are shit.

    Away

There definitely will be people like you, I think there will be more people who go less though because they are fed up and because we are likely to do worse than last year so overall away crowds will drop. Time will tell.

    Away

why does a group of people who say they will only go to away games while sisu are here mean away attendances will stay the same? it doesn't and if attendances fall that won't constrict them at all. in fact even if those specific people go to less away games that still still isn't contradicting...
