This is what I dont understand, how can the sale go forward if he creditors say no? or does the sale go forward with the debts intact? Surely you can't run up 100 mill in debts, go into admin, buy it back for £1 with the creditors saying no and then owe nothing?

the deduction would be for coming out of administration without a cva, so whenever that happens (if it did) we would likely get a further punishment.

It's probably the most likely scenario, which is why we needed to see it. The football league has stringent standards that must be met before we grant the league share, at this point these standards have not yet fully been met. I can see them having said something along those lines.

There are many massive obstacles that come from moving us out of the city, the stewards not wanting to go is a very tiny obstacle, Don't get me wrong I'm supportive and grateful that they are taking a stand but ultimately I don't feel it makes it any harder for sisu to move us away.
