The incompetence is mind-blowing. In all the time that cricket has had the TMO I’ve never seen a wrong decision displayed on screen. Football has it a matter of weeks and it’s gaffe after gaffe.

Just watched the highlights back and we created 4 or 5 clear-cut chances. As others have said, it’s not the system that needs fixing, but the players within that system.
First observation is that your diet seems reasonable, but there’s a fair bit of sugar in there from fruit. I tend to have a homemade soup for lunch each day (batch-make them 24 portions at a time) which frees up calories to have pretty much what I want for dinner.
