Seems like extremely poor preparation for the first team.
I remember going to reserve games which took place at Highfield Road where the atmosphere was not much different to the first team. Crowds were 1000-2000.
This looks like any old Sunday game in a park.
I can see why stepping up from the U23s to the first team is a significant leap.
