    Chris Porter

Think we were strongly linked with him some years back in the Thorn or even Boothroyd days, he became another we couldn't just get "through the door" about time they made that fuckin' door a bit bigger.

    Gordon Milne

I think Norwich were top or thereabouts then too, John Bond was their manager i believe. What a drone of an accent he had !

    More good news !

Suppose it is good news but it's the product on the pitch that attracts supporters not a couple of quid off

    Ched Evans

I think Ched Evans' proffesional football career is over in this country and probably anywhere else.

    Have we signed

I do wonder how significant a sisu victory would be at this JR to the football side of things, or defeat for that matter

    Have we signed

Won't sleep tonight after studying that list of transferred players we have missed out on. Only heard of about half a dozen

    Have we signed

Don't see that much evidence of that many signings anywhere, plenty of rumours and speculation but that's about it

    Season Ticket Sales

Spot on. In a way i liken where we are now to the beginning of the Jimmy Hill days, gates didn't rise that much until the summer of 1962 when JH spent the £30000 gift from Derrick Robins on a brand new forward line and first home match v Notts County 22000 turned up and it went from there. In...

    Season Ticket Sales

2600 sales at these reduced prices is poor. Most regular fans i talk to are going to go on a match by match basis. If they are struggling to sell at these attractive reduced prices what do they expect when the prices go up. A lot just will not put their money in advance into the SISU pocket...

    Huddersfield sign new keeper

Murphy was told to look elsewhere by Steve Waggott at Christmas, fact. Club had no intention of offering him a new contract.

    Tom Hopper

What I find puzzling is why three Leicester no marks and this Tom Hopper in particular are getting so much attention on here !

    Tom Hopper

Would he or either of the other two been released had they been the next Lionel Messi though ?

    Fixtures 15/16 Season

Oh dear, back in the Jimmy Hill days Southend were a bit of a bogey side especially at our place, i remember them winning here 4-3 and 5-2, the last one was a massive shock result i think we were well ahead at the top of the league points wise.

Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

Back to Proschwitz, Milne talk should be a different thread. For me the German certainly improved and could have had a few goals. We have to remember Tony Mowbray is having to juggle the finances and is restricted to who he can sign. There will have to be the odd gamble, I take Proschwitz as a...

Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

And under ten years of Gordon Milne at the helm we achieved ???, NOWT !

    Danny Swanson

To be honest if i was asked what is Swanson's position i wouldn't be sure of the answer. And to be fair can't really comment on how good he is or isn't. Under a proper manager he might be okay.

Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

Not at Nottingham Forest though under a proper manager who nicked him off us for £60k, managed him properly, made him a player and he went on to win a league title medal, 2 European cups and a number of league cups, not bad for someone who was crap !
