Played well yesterday but then it’s easy to play well against league 1 when we were dominating for long periods. there is a very good player in there but to lightweight for the Championship

Only my opinion. Don’t see the point in spending money on 3 years of rehab / wages etc to only potentially get him playing for half a season. In principle wouldn’t have an issue with it but not on a 1 year contract

You don’t offer him a 1 year contract and then loan him out. Impact sub initially and see how he goes

Shipley‘s fitness is nothing to do with training / COVID. As per the previous post he has never looked fit past 60 minutes....shocking for a professional footballer. Allen is probably a lack of playing time / training.

We have goalscorers, both of whom have missed large parts of the season through injury and when they have played have barely been fit. Take Salah and Marne out of the Liverpool team/ Kane and Son out of the Spurs team and they would both struggle. Not comparing Godden and Walker to those...
