It has to be an option. I’d prefer the lad from Wolves but I wonder if we have burnt out bridges with then having hsf Giles twice and not really played him.

Godden is the best finisher at the club, but in the championship his lack of pace and physicality will be a real challenge for him, and as a consequence, for us.

Good point. Let’s be honest though the only people who care about our signings are Coventry City fans. We don’t take up many column inches these days.

After being released by Coventry his world had seemed less positive ( cloudy ) but now with an offer from another club his world is starting to look positive again ( sun appearing from behind the clouds )

It’s an important part of the business model too. Loans are not assets. Improving loan players doesn’t improve the asset strength of the club.
