    Battle

Injuries have effected the side. Our backbone has been taken away. kelly is influential. Both first choice strikers out over long periods. That's a little bad luck. But James is a good signing. I don't think he is here to replace Sheaf either. We still have some good players at the club and a...

    Shipley

Football is not rocket science. Even the best footballers have a bad time which makes you wonder. But when you are in a position like us wanting to stay up at all cost then you can't wait around for a player to come good. Shipley is one of those who has an ability few have in so much he ghost in...

    The next 3 games.

Well football is a funny old game. It's eqaully likely we suddenly score a few, things go our way and we put another mini run together. It's plausible because we actually don't look aa bad side tbf. last night proved that point. We were the better side in the first half and had chances to take...

We definately outplayed them first half. Even the home commentators were saying it. Second half it was men against boys and we fell apart, got sloppy and lost our heads.

Look we outplayed them first half and make a schoolboy error to let them in. Second schoolboy error came within 30 seconds of the second half. Then we lost our heads and became sloppy and clueless. Shipley not good enough. O'Hare can run all day but there is just no end product from him atm...

McFaz out puts us in a difficult spot now. I think a dressing room row or two might clear the air tonight. We began so well but looked disjointed so often. Shipley and not Sheaf? New signing straight in when Max has not been so bad. We are shot shy, and lack movement into the box. Team selection...

O'Hare collects runs striaght into Reading player and falls over, Reading player comes away with ball. Frustrating. It's just too often. Contribution has to be better. Running around all day looking busy is not working. Love the lad but he looks like he needs a rest and a refresh.

I'm inclined to think O'Hare is simply not producing for us at this level. Plenty of endevour but he fluffs his lines so often and runs into dead ends too often. Chances he has had last few games and fails to score? Hyam was totally at fault for their goal. Shot ourselves in the foot. Shipley...

6 at home - one away coming up!

What we need from these fixtures is points against Forest, Derby and Wednesday. We really must not lose any one of those 3 games. Do that and we stay in the ascendancy. Win any of those 3 and it's a bonus.

6 at home - one away coming up!

Yes. But as we all know it is equally a home fixture! can hardly be called an away fixture can it in reality? ):

6 at home - one away coming up!

A strange twist in the fixture list effectively means in the next 7 games (after Reading) only one is 'away' at Cardiff. Among those we face Wednesday, Forest, and Brum, key games against teams around us.

Difficult game this. Hope we are ready and fired up for it becuase we need to keep gaing points where ever we can to just keep our noses in front of that chasing pack behind us. Would be very happy with a point.

    Bournemouth

He was with them before for a while and the option was not taken up under Eddie Howe. Now the new manager thinks differently. never rated him that highly personally. He played in a very good Arsenal side and had his moments. Injury prone is an understatement!
