Russel Martin 2nd favourite with the bookies, wouldn't mind them taking him off Swansea's hands! (Robins is out at 50/1 in case anyone's worried ;))

His Mum passed away while he was at Burnley and he's very close to his family so it made sense at the time. That was about 10 years ago now so I'm guessing he feels ready to move away again after reaching his ceiling with Bournemouth.

    Robins on TalkSport

4 years ago I could not have envisaged a scenario where Robins was talking to Jim White about Zlatan, especially not one of our players learning from him on international duty

    Match Thread Bristol City (H) - 6th November 3PM

I’m still absolutely buzzing, won’t wear off for a couple of days I don’t think. Mentally or physically seeing as I cut the back of my calf on the seats celebrating the winner and can’t walk properly

Not sure if this has been posted but I love it [emoji170] It shows that they care as much as we do, what a finish to a game

Bringing 4 mates to this including a Bristol Rovers fan, hopefully we get back on track. 2-0, Godden x 2 Think he'll bring Sheaf back in, the rest unchanged.

    Maatsen - Athletic article

Maatsen is 5ft 6in and still spindly, but he is more robust than he was. “Those skinny legs of his… look, he’s a fantastic player and, given he’s still only 19, he’s going to fill out even more,” says Moore, a goalkeeper enjoying his own renaissance at Coventry and outstanding even in defeat by...

    Maatsen - Athletic article

The 19-year-old has adapted and impressed quickly this season, a reality that reflects well on the coaching implemented by Robins and his staff, but also the player’s own mentality and technique. The system adopted by Coventry, like that used by Thomas Tuchel back at Chelsea, suits Maatsen...

    Maatsen - Athletic article

‘He plays without fear, with absolute freedom’: Chelsea’s teenage wing-back Ian Maatsen making waves at Coventry By Dominic Fifield Nov 4, 2021 10 Ian Maatsen took a moment at the final whistle, shoulders slouched as he sank to his knees, to digest a first home defeat in the Championship...

    F1 2021

Just having a look at Qatar, doesn't look like a great track for overtaking (assuming the sim is accurate). Seems a bit Barcelona-esque, lots of mid/high-speed corners after short straights with no real braking points other than the hairpin at T6.

    F1 2021

Another cracking race, didn't really have a lull at any point. McLaren/Ferrari battle for 3rd still tighter than a duck's arse in water too, seems to be something riding on every race atm. If Qatar suits Red Bull, Max could almost be out of sight by the end of the triple header. Can never write...

    Crowd trouble

Could sense a bit of aggro in the crowd today. Kicked off a couple of times in Block 30 between Cov fans as well, squaring up to each other and a few people taking their kids elsewhere

Few of us North West lot heading up together for this one, looking forward to it after Blackburn. I'd bring Maatsen back in, Hamer in next to Kelly and Allen in for Gyok. Play the box and try to get support to whoever's up front. Would go for Waghorn only because he'll be better at holding it...

    Running

Used the tram to get to 7-a-side last night then, on a high after what is essentially an hour long sprint session, thought it would be sensible to run the 7km home as a "warm down". Made it just under 6km before having to give up and struggling to walk the rest. Glad to have my fitness back but...
