Yeah, agreed. 1st half he was a bit of a bomb scare but much better in the 2nd (like most of the team tbf). Thought it was doubly odd that when Eccles came on he didn't switch those 2 over - meant neither was particularly comfortable.

Seemingly just me that's not convinced about him in that deeper midfield role? He's had a good few games & definitely brings something we've been missing with his energy in midfield. I just don't think he's good enough as a ball winner or progressive enough with his passing to play that role...
