Once released ALL fixtures are set, apart from any that move for TV. There'll be less 'TV release dates' through the season, moving from about 8-9 to 2-3 to save fans losing money on tickets, travel, hotels etc when games move for TV.

No, they're set once released. The only reason they'll change is for TV coverage.
