Just checked, two years ago (almost to the week, when I enquired), it was £750 + VAT. All that was left was Jake Bidwell, Liam Kelly and Tyler Walker then so I think they go pretty quick.

So the team at SGP are FA people (obvs) and very experienced at running preseason camps for international teams. One of the things they offer is arranging friendlies with UK opposition so I suspect they'll have approached us, asked and we've said yes.
