Sorry, but they sound just wrong. To me they have just learnt the phrases to use from a text book and dont actually understand what they are describing. I know its not PC but I just cant take them seriously.

Not long after Burges howler a young lad and a guy in his 60's (ish) were arguing about it and the young lad was threatening the old bloke saying "I'm going to rip your f*cking head off". Very big of him and embarrassing. Took another bloke to try and calm the lad down.

Its not just the TV though. I listen to the radio more than I watch TV, and the Radio,s 2, 5 and 6 are fantastic, and has to be paid for. Also, how many of us rely on the BBC website for information. Again, this stuff needs financing.
