We played really well against Oxford. They weren't great at all by a long chalk, but we still played very well indeed. Carved out so many chances that night.

    Legacy on prime

I will have to watch that.

I honestly thought we would come out flying out of the blocks this season. People were saying how good we looked in pre-season and how well we played. Hard to pinpoint it really. But that's twice now that we have looked completely baffled and clueless once going behind. Our heads seem to drop...

    Nail on the head

Well, you only have to look at England, to see how often we get it wrong.

Dovin didn't have a single shot to save yesterday, mind.

Yeah. We don't seem to have adequate cover for Sheaf, but when Sheaf's back, I am sure we'll be absolutely fine. Just got to keep him fit.

    No, he definitely said Dug.

At least you know Palmer is playing when he's on the pitch. Rudoni seemed to disappear today and you barely knew he was out there. I think he's absolutely going to be a match winner for us at times. I just fear he's going to be incredibly inconsistent and you will never quite know what you are...

But then surely, if they sacked Robins, the new players are still going to be on more than the old players aren't they, so that wouldn't change a thing.

A right mess if that is true.

    Muddled thinking

I thought Norwich looked very strong and think they could well be challenging at the top of the table. Really organised. Strong and physical. Lots of pace in the side. Worked their socks off, played as a unit. I thought they looked really decent.

I feel it does. I was at the Luton, Wembley game and had to travel home alone, walking from the ground, then on the tube, then train. Took hours. That was much more depressing than being able to just change channels on the TV. Doesn't hurt half as much. Not for me anyway.

    Tats

He would probably be better coming off the bench, when teams are tiring.

Yeah. That's why I said through the game.

Not sure most players are the same. Not today anyway. 5 new players out there today during the game. Dovin, EMC, Rudoni, BTA, Bassette. That's nearly half a team.

I am a happy bloke. Treat every day as if it is my last day on earth. Life is too short and at my age, as soon as Christmas is over, it's Christmas again, because life goes by so fast. 😂

See my post above. And I wasn't moaning. I was just saying four games in is too early to judge things. Where have I moaned at people being unhappy? 🤪

Surely it does make a difference doesn't it? People get ready, set off and head to the game. That takes time and effort. Then repeat everything at the end of the match. A lot of time and effort involved. I can just switch the TV off the moment the game has ended. And it kicked off at 12.30...

    Did anyone see Eccles

He's having pikelets for his supper tonight I reckon, if that helps Raspberry jam, just in case you are wondering.
