The mans a bellend but there aren't to many strikers about at this level who will score as many as he potentially can, not for free anyway. If he's willing to talk we would be daft not to at least consider him.

I'd have Cranie back like a shot. Didn't have an attacking element to his game but solid defensively, inspired confidence. If i remember rightly he could pretty much play anywhere across the back 4 too so useful versatility. Can't say as I really remember a great deal about Bailey

The only real positives I can see in all this is that it does now look less likely that they are going to appoint Hockaday. I'm not convinced by the idea of Mowbray or Morrell but I'd sooner ha e either of them than Hockaday. Adkins, Rosler or Warburton would be great but I just can't see...
