Club night with Godiva and we were on a 30 minute continuous effort, up and down the hill on Westwood Business Park. Went through 5km in 19:20, and just about held this pace through to 30 minutes (with a distinct wobble with about three minutes to go) 11 miles for the session, and 4 uphill...
