I hated it when we had all those managers coming if for a year or sometimes less. A team full of loanees and short term contracts. I felt really disconnected from the club and players. Having stability with manager and players gives you a club to enjoy even when results aren't perfect. Long live...

Is that a joke? He's not lazy

It's difficult with plauers like him. Sometimes you watch him with his flicks and throughballs and think he's a genius and other times he seems to cruise through matches. He has got a decent tackle in his locker though. I think he's decent and should get better as (if) his fitness improves.
