A lot depends on how strong the teams challenging for the autos are. You mentioned the poor start, we lost 7 games under Robins, if we'd won 5 of those games the extra 15 points would have only lifted us one place. Though personally I don't see the auto chasing teams being as strong as last season.

I'd still have started him ahead of Dykes, that's how bad I think Dykes is. But they've spent a fortune on a forward line that's rotten. It definitely puts what we spent on Simms and criticism of his performances, (which I'm guilty of), in to perspective.

I really liked what I saw of Andrews when he came on. Couple of nice little lay offs in tight areas which showed a lot of confidence Yeah, you have to take into account we were playing a tired and well beaten 10 men by that point but all he can do is keep performing when he gets a chance.
