No one took an early dislike to him at all, that's complete hyperbole. The fact is that people who watch and assess a player on his merits could see he couldn't jump, or control a ball, or head a ball or use his strength to his advantage. He's a pretty poor player who had a good half a...

What hate ffs???? People pay their money and are entitled to their opinion, if that opinion doesn't align with yours, then it doesn't make it hate. It just makes it a differing opinion.

The worrying thing about Sheaf is that his contract expires next summer, and without game time he will move on a free transfer. (He could still go on a free even with game time) He would be a loss to the squad, as hes still a good player (when hes fit)

The most important day in the clubs history

The question is, "are the stadium loses more or less than our rent was" If the loses are less, then we are still better off, even without increasing the stadium turnover. Im also sure that Doug will have plenty of plans up his sleeve.

    Rushworth or Wilson

He doesn't look anything like a £5million keeper yet. Had 2 poor games out of 3 so far. Im not saying we should drop him, but theres plenty of work to do with him.

Just imagine if he was a Brazilian we had just splashed £15million on, we'd all by screaming what an absolute bargain, announce promotion now etc etc. Also, To be totally fair to BTA, ive not been his biggest fan, but fair fucks to the guy, credit where its due, we've not missed...

He ain't nowhere near the starting 11 when everyone's fit. No way do we drop Torp for sideways backwards Sheaf. If/When Sheaf does get a start, the difference will be stark, this place will have its predictable meltdown again about the slow and laboureous tempo of our midfield. Sheaf...

Glad it wasn't a red, because that would of taken the gloss off the score line.

We need him gone, but the reality is we spent good money on him and hes on big wages (by our standard) so who's going to take him off our hands? I fear we are stuck with him till his contract expires. (June 2027)

He always looked top quality, he just needed to bulk up a bit and get used to the pace and physicality of the British game, along with having an extended run. He's now proving what a great signing he was, and what a great bit of scouting it was by the club.

We have to offer load because we can only name 25 players in the first team squad. If we are bringing in a CH and a winger, someone else has to go.

Let's not get carried away, we've played 3 piss poor teams, and yes we've done well, but there will be far harder tests.

Torp is now one of the best CM outside the premier league, (after Grimes) his second goal was just a total piss take.
