    Festive fixture memories

My Xmas memory happened 36 years ago today. We were away at Filbert Street. Crap game. Lost 5-1. Afterwards, although we could literally see our car where it was parked, the police outside the ground wouldn't let us go to it, they herded us all around the ground with the rest of the City fans...

Fans back in stadia by Xmas?

I presume we're (Warwickshire) are only in Tier 3 because of Nuneaton/Bedworth/Rugby. South Warwickshire, Leamington, Warwick, Stratford have the lowest cases in the County. Doesn't help we're next to Coventry and Solihull though unfortunately.

    Next 6 fixtures

Absolutely. On another thread I said we seem to be winning and/or drawing the games we should be rather than messing them up like we have in the past. We cannot expect to beat the big boys when we play them, so we need to get as many points on the board from these kind of teams.

    Form

The thing is we are doing well in games we should be doing well in. We usually mess these kind of games up. Chances are we aren't going to beat the likes of Bournemouth, Blackburn, Brentford, Norwich, so we need to pick up as many point as we can against Wycombe, Huddersfield, etc.

Bit scrappy at the moment. Hopefully, we can get something. Luton don't look that impressive.

These next two games are SO winnable, but I don't expect us to win both. I would be happy with a draw tonight and then get our first away win of the season at Wycombe on Saturday. First time our players will be in front of a crowd too, of course, on Saturday.

    Take the knee

Millwall have always had more than their fair share of racists. Anyone remember the Full Members Cup game at HR in the 80s? There was a really small crowd, around two thousand, so even fewer away fans, but you could hear the monkey chants for most of the game. Shameful. THe club have...

    Can we support each other?

About £20 I would say. Pic Disc is worth about the same if you have that.

    Can we support each other?

Really? Might take you up on that. All sciences? My son has just started Y10 and is really struggling.

    Penalties conceded

Totally agree with that. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. All teams do it, we should go down more easily in the box.

    Can we support each other?

My mate is an actor, well more of an extra although he has done some theatre at the Loft, Priory Theatre, etc. His "big" thing was an extra in Downton Abbey. When one of the characters was in jail, he was one of the fellow prisoners walking around in a circle in the exercise yard.

    Penalties conceded

I think Wilson has done really well for the last couple of games, but he has given away two penalties. I would imagine the majority of the remaining five penalties were given away by McFadzean.

Biamou still has lots to offer

Have to say I have always been a Max fan and I still think he offers a lot to the team. Saying that even I thought he would be nowhere near good enough for the Championship but I honestly think he has proved the doubters wrong. He was brilliant on Saturday, nearly scored another and played...
