£61m of debt wiped out in latest CCFC accounts

I haven't read all this thread so I am sorry if repeating. But when SISU were under pressure and Otium wasn't in the frame as owners, debt was going up by the the week if not by the day. Nobody really ever believed it and most thought it was a paper debt. Most thought it was around 20-28...

    Neil Mcfarlane future?

I don't think anything will change until the summer. Mowbray might leave before the coaching staff in all honesty.

Mowbray Until End Of The Season

Pressley sounded honest and upfront when he arrived, he also maintained it...the fanbase just didn't keep the faith in what he was saying and didn't believe he could deliver. Any different with Mowbray? Only time will tell!

Council Accused Of 'Absurd' Ricoh Secrecy

Despite all this there is no evidence SISU would have bought the Ricoh.

Another thread of pure speculation and no factual content.

    Barnsley Tonight

Good write up, thanks. Some people think these players are top six material and it was just down to Steve Pressleys coaching? I don't agree with that and don't think it is all down to him why we have such poor players. The guy from Brentford for instance. Tony Mowbray has a job on his hands...

Mowbray Until End Of The Season

The talking hype as you come through the door is easy. Putting words into action and results is what matters and the harder part. It is in two or three months time, will there be enough happening to make his words still sound appealing? I certainly hope so. But I am not going to get too...

    What's your expectations next season?

to still be in Lge 1 and looking for a new manager.

Mowbray Until End Of The Season

I think you have called this about right Grendel, especially as we approached him rather than him applying for the post. I think it also reflects the limitations of the budget at the club. My concern about this appointment, is he will start making progress...then he will be off to bigger and...

Pressley sacking : Waggot questioned his own future .

Not enough Mr Waggott. We don't support you. Go.

    Waggot surely has to go

what does Waggott earn? What has he responsibilty for? Has he been delivering? Is he value for money? If not he should go, surely?

    Fisher: Support the team

Joy Seppala, Tim Fisher and Steve Waggott....it is you three we have lost faith in. We are not going because of what you three and others have done to our club. The on field performances reflect off field activity...it does not merit the loyal support we have previously given the club. You...

    Accelerate the process

Same careful process as last time and the time before that Mr Waggott, but we still keep getting lower.

    That 27,000 weren't sisu supporters...

Ticketing arrangements were crap for the first few games. I did make the suggestion that players after training could go to the club shop and shove tickets and season tickets in envelopes to get rid of the back log. They would have had the opportunity to enclose a handwritten note sayings...

Players not too concerned are they

players never give a toss, that is half the problem, they never get sacked for the inept performances they have delivered over the last 12 months.

Anybody else still going to defend Pressley?

Yeah, things have improved so much. Robins came and left at the first opportunity. Then Pressley came. It's been great Nick.
