    Mean while back in court

I have bigged up anything, the club were offered a sliding scale rent and rejected it as they believed they were coming straight back up. So why sign to something that will cost more. SISU should have renegotiated the rent when they bought the club as a fail safe in case their plan A failed...

No administration, but if the rent was an issue then when you purchase you renogotiate before you sign the dotted line. However I believe SISU were intent on a quick profit, so the long term rent deal back then was probably not high on their agenda.

That deal was done pre SISU and SIU bought the club with that contract in place. I assume they weren't too concerned as they intended promotion as well

    Mean while back in court

The club were offered s sliding scale rent but said no. It would go up if they were promoted. That's where they believed they were heading. They asked for fixed.

It costs the same 1.3 million, your profit just dropped due to the way you ran the club.

    Mean while back in court

It would all be over a damn sight quicker if it was. I can just imagine it........,,,, You bought the club including a contract to pay £1.3 million rent a year? Yes. Your plan was quick promotion, sell for a profit short term, so the rent cost wasn't important to you? Yes You...

Maybe you should be there representing SISU Nick? It doesn't sound like he is doing a good enough job for you?

    Mean while back in court

I get the impression it is all getting separated. I think any compensation would go to SISU's investors, trying to get their money back. As it should really.

    Mean while back in court

Sisu QC says the council has to recover the aid from ACL. Another judge says “it seems off that you’re seeking relief that would benefit the council”. Don't the council have insurance to cover this?

    More CCC/Wasps/CCFC Angst

I didn't say I agree with Wasps did. I said I can see why Wasps did what they did and why the council did what they did. I don't agree with the RFC allowing Francising I don't understand why they do. I don't rant about it or the NFL or the Ice Hockey doing it. (Neither does anyone else mention...

He may help us get promoted. That's a big point. Ali contributed a lot to MK Dons after he was sold.

I get the impression people are annoyed at the price not the player.

Official January transfer window for CCFC

Happy with the two defenders. Especially Stephens! Happy that Middison is staying. Hope the 2 million price is not correct. Hope the money is coming TM's way. Hope Maddison will sign for us on loan in the championship next season.

Not sure if TM will see 2 million as nicking the player or as the crazy price it's worth selling for. He wanted a crazy price and a 2 year loan back. Let's hope he gets to use the money on wages of future Loanees who take us to the top. Hope Maddison hasn't made a mistake and gets loaned...
