    Realistic good signings.

    Bigirimana and this mystery illness?

It's been confirmed he has sobriety. This is why he cannot play in Scotland.

    Unrealistic signings

    Nope, Michael McIndoesn't.

    . I'm guessing you're a 'glass half full' man?

    Ann Lucas

Thatcher's a tricky one. She did an awful lot of good things and was PM during a time when the country needed steering away from the abyss. On the other hand, I hated it at the time and she could have certainly achieved the same with a little more empathy.

    Unrealistic signings

Rather than guess the signings, almost all of which will be completely wrong, it could be better to guess unrealistic new blood. I'll kick off with Heath Robinson and Salvador Dali.

Sorry, Skyblueweeman - was being sarcastic. Also, thought about writing "No shit, Sherlock". :)

Ben Steveson signs...best midfielder in country

Is Thomas still a kid? He's 22 this year, so if he is, this is his last year of being one.

Whatever happened to Coventry city centre?

I'm really pleased to read that it has improved since I was last there. Also good to read that all the restaurants were full one evening - must mean things are picking up. :) I told a small white lie - I was in Pool Meadow about 2 years ago. Didn't recognise it. Of course it's probably...

    Bigirimana and this mystery illness?

I suspected as much. He hasn't played for any big clubs as far as I know. When he yet again failed to get a game at the end of the season I thought 'Must be gout'.

Whatever happened to Coventry city centre?

I left Coventry in 1981, having been lucky to be there during the punk revolution, enjoying the fantastic music scene at that time. Two (at least) fanzines: (Alternative Sounds and Private Enterprise); gigs every weekend with some great bands (Urge, Wild Boys, Specials until they became famous...

Are we wanting a Preston win today?

I disagree. The town centre's not great (but still better than Cov nowadays) but Old Town is lovely, they have a 'curry island' and some fantastic sports centres in West Swindon.

Are we wanting a Preston win today?

I have links to Swindon and worked there for a few years so I'd like to see them go up. They were also fantastic when they trounced us - although we may have been able to make many sides look like world beaters at that time. And of course it'll be nice for XTC. Not aware of any good bands...

    Bigirimana and this mystery illness?

I agree. I think a lot of people miss the point that you don'r HAVE to say everything you think. Often these people excuse themselves by saying 'well at least I'm genuine, you have to take me as you find me' - no, you're just inconsiderate. Nothing meant here about previous posts - just...

Nope, just find it all laughable.

    Investment rumour.

It's been said many times before but I still don't believe that SISU has any intention of building a new stadium. 'Twas all posture to try and get the Ricoh asset for a song. An even shorter song than the one Wasps sang.

    Investment rumour.

Hoorah! We now have 'true Coventrians' as well as 'real supporters'.
