    Moving out of Coventry

They would only have the last option and I would guess that's worth doing when you have an outside chance of promotion to the championship. When you are playing in front of 1000-2000 and doing that you are only going one way. So in those circumstances why would they bother?

    Moving out of Coventry

I will put it clearer Nick what do SISU do in Northampton in front of 1000 fans. If they can't afford to build a new stadium. What's the end game then? Why go there, would you not be better off at that stage walking away?

Stu think past been unable to get a deal here. Ask yourself why would they repeat Northampton now. Before it was to starve (Poor Willis) Out ACL Now?????

    Moving out of Coventry

You are not getting the point Dave. If they can't move locally. What have they actually got to gain from another Northampton type of move. Ask yourself what actually is in it for them to do that?

    Moving out of Coventry

Because all the talk is about SISU having to move us again. I am asking if, it's not locally why would they? So far I haven't had an answer that makes sense as to why they would bother. Hence why Grendel wants the thread closed. It is dawning on him that SISU have absolutely nothing to gain...

    Moving out of Coventry

They may choose whether to take city out of Coventry or choose to ditch Coventry full stop is the point I am making. If I was them because of the reasons listed above unless I could arrange something locally I wouldn't be taking Coventry off to Northampton. Would you and if you would what would...

    Moving out of Coventry

No I get that point, I just think if SISU continue with the legal action and Wasps don't negotiate I can see SISI choosing to do a Northampton again. I see nothing in it for them.

    Moving out of Coventry

I think we would be ok with 10-15 miles crowd wise anymore and I think we will find ourselves in the Northampton scenario again

Another MP rushing to get involved

Very good point, No they can't force Wasps. Unfortunately I don't think it is going to be much of a game. I am normally an optimist but I just want us to get through the 90 mins with no injuries

    Moving out of Coventry

All this talk of the club moving out of Coventry I assume most would agree that a move of let's say over 10-15 miles away would likely again result in crowds of 1000-2000. The proof is based on last time. The aim of the move last time was to devalue ACL and either get it for less or possibly...

Another MP rushing to get involved

I take it you do know that the football league can block any move out of the city or over a certain distance if they want. If the club can't provide sufficient proof of an intended return. I assume when you say they can't you just don't think they will?

    Stadium deal ends in 2018.

If you can actually do that, then they would be mad not to. They may also ask fir a clause that they cannot be devalued by the actions of the above in an attempt to buy them. However for me if it was happening to Wasps by us I could stomach it far more than when it was happening to a charity

    MP asks for CCFC intervention

I take it you are also aware that the FL effectively forced Brighton into a rent deal where that had to pay £480k rent to the new owners instead of the £200k they wanted to pay, because they couldn't provide concrete proof that they could return Brighton if they moved away, so they were had over...

    Stadium deal ends in 2018.

Sorry I am getting frazzled, I am still going on about the academy. The whole thing is vexing me.

    Adam Armstrong

To be honest I would put Tudgay's and Thomas's wages together if I thought they would secure AA

    Stadium deal ends in 2018.

We could go to Wasps ourselves (it is our problem) crazy as that sounds. We could also ask for the FL to be included in the talks and come up with a solution that the FL Wasos and is find acceptable. "It's good to talk"

    MP asks for CCFC intervention

Exactly and all I am saying is this time they will be looking alot deeper before allowing it

    MP asks for CCFC intervention

They were in Brighton for ten years

    MP asks for CCFC intervention

Is it a hard line to not allow franchising? They will want genuine proof we have both the capability and genuine intent to build a new stadium. If not and they allow a move then it is franchising is it not?
