Showing Saturday afternoon games is down to UEFA and they have already suspended the restriction to allow games to be shown, hence the 2:30pm kick offs in the Bundesliga being on BT Sport this weekend. EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

Other than him keep saying he wants the games played has he made any practical proposal as to how that would actually happen or who would cover the costs? We don't even have a return date for the Prem with all the money involved there! We've been told by the EFL it would take a minimum of 56...

After the Elation - The questions

KMPG had already run through what was essentially an administration process. That's how we ended up with multiple people bidding to buy the club. Problem was all but one identified the need for stadium ownership and dropped out leaving one option. The only reason we didn't technically go into...

Also seems to suggest that it doesn't last very long so a key will be is it as effective when given again. That would also impact the ability to immunise everyone. Its a huge task to immunise millions in the first place let alone if you have to repeat it every few weeks.

OK what am I missing because I've read the article and this seems a fairly key line "All of the vaccinated monkeys treated with the Oxford vaccine became infected".

Would be interesting to see the evidence, tried googling it but the only thing that came up was the Royal College of Paediatricians saying media reports had been incorrectly suggested that children cannot transmit COVID-19 based on their research.

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

Why don't they just put it to a vote? If they go down the same road of L2 then of those objecting Oxford, Portsmouth and Fleetwood are in the play offs, doubt they'd vote against that. So its just Peterborough and Sunderland left to vote against. No reason for anyone else to join them.

Most irritating things during the pandemic

Get similar every week with my Mum and Dad. Even moan if I get them the 'wrong' brand of something when its the only one in stock. Also a constant battle to stop them going out. They seem to think that the restrictions don't apply after Johnsons speech last weekend and its fine to pop to the...

    Ticketmaster Refunds

They're owned by Live Nation who are in OK but not brilliant shape financially. Like a lot of companies they're loaded with debt which suddenly becomes a much bigger problem when your business grinds to a halt. They're in the process of issuing around $1billion worth of bonds on the basis that...

Weeks of Wittey talking about how important the R number is. R number goes up as many predicted it would and suddenly the government are saying the R isn't important. They're treating people like complete idiots, sadly there's a lot of people just accepting what they are told.

They've put up fares, raised the congestion and emissions charges while extending hours and adding weekends, stopped free travel for children and are bringing in charges for over-60s at peak times. Bizarrely despite all those things being conditions put in place by the government they're trying...

    Ticketmaster Refunds

In a word yes. They've got a lot of staff off and others working from home. At the same time they've got $3billion worth of tickets for cancelled / postponed events to sort out. Doesn't help that every refund has to be processed individually. You can't just cancel an event and have the system...

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

Great news for us. We've had the EFL saying they are going to enfoce the agreement with the Prem enforcing promotion / relegation between the Prem and Championship. Now we've got promotion from L2 as well. Incredibly unlikley now that L1 ends up the only division not having promotion and...

How to complete undermine your own argument on one tweet. PPG is unacceptable, integrity of the competition blah blah blah. As soon as there's mention of PPG giving his team a play off spot he's fine with it!
