    Even if his body was ready (which I doubt yet) he would be nowhere near match fit - save him for next season (can't believe anyone will take a chance offering ££££s before they have seen if he has returned as good as before.

    If we stayed for another season, it's not definite we would have a stronger squad - we may well lose some of our better players. In addition, as we have never been in a play off, how can we know how we will do? - if we had failed in the previous 5 attempts, then I might take your point, but...

    And most probably versus Lincoln or Exeter. Would probably prefer Exeter over 2 legs - except for the lack of an away support at their place. If/when we play Lincoln, I'd prefer it as a one off at Wembley Would love Lincoln knocked out by N County, as I remain confident we would turn them over...

    Just a thought - regardless of whether we go up or not - the extra income generated by reaching a Wembley game should be a useful boost to finances (hopefully reflected in what MR can do next season?) Of course SkyBlueRuffian will have started a thread demanding his public execution if we fail...
