I have been impressed with Oggy. Its a shame his tone is a bit boring but he is knowledgeable. I always liked Chris Cattlin when they had him on. Also Dave Bennett who just sounds like an avid fan.

I have both games down as should have won. Portsmouth was just a salvage job when we had all but recklessly lost it.

I've seen plenty of mistakes like that in the Premier League. Mistakes happen at all levels. It is how players play after making a howler that set good players apart from average players.

We can take a lot from this game. But we made it easy for Portsmouth. A game was there for the taking with more discipline.

He is obviously a decent player nice touches and can cross a ball. Weakness totally one footed. I would like to see him go one on one more. Early days.

But Don Rogers did making his debute at 16. A very decent goal scorer old Division 2 and 3 (so Championship and League 1). Lets face it Kevin Keegan didnt impress at Coventry but it didnt stop him being a success at Liverpool.

Gives them a chance to assess travel and for some an unfamiliar ground. It is good the club are doing this...but come on why wouldn't they? It is hardly a stroke of genius.
