    Coronavirus

Seems to be if you've got the cough, fever and breathing issues it's almost definitely it, a few of those symptoms it's probably it, if you're ill at all it could be it, and even if you're fine you're possibly carrying it. Basically 'fuck knows' until widespread testing is possible

    Coronavirus

I think with anything you'll get the people who just want to be looked at but on the whole I thought it was lovely, really surprised at how widespread it was as I had it as some hashtag nonsense that nobody would bother with.

    Things that annoy you

Not like it's a choice between those two exact things though, bit misjudged this one

    Coronavirus

I don't think it gives you permanent immunity, but it's more like flu where you're not likely to get it again in a hurry which can slow it down and allow medicine to catch up with it eventually becoming a regular treatable illness. I could be wide of the mark but that's what I've got from it all

The walking dead starts again tonight

They've confirmed that they hadn't quite finished filming the series so it'll stop on the penultimate episode instead and they'll get the last one out whenever

    Coronavirus

This sounds promising, home test kits possibly available for delivery or in chemists fairly soon UK coronavirus mass home testing to be made available 'within days'

    Coronavirus

It'd be absolute magic if what I had in February was it because although I had basically zero energy and was either burning up or freezing for three weeks, it didn't destroy my lungs as I fear it could.

    Coronavirus

Iceland is similar. More people tested per however many than most if not all countries and they're reporting the same kind of thing. I think @shmmeee is most likely right about straws being grasped as it doesn't seem to stack up logically, but I'm grasping any straws I can see with this

    Coronavirus

There's a study by Oxford University suggesting that it hit this country by January and has infected millions but only a tiny percentage suffer greatly with most either having very mild or no symptoms at all. Sounds a bit fanciful but if they could get the antibody testing done to see who has it...

    Coronavirus

Sainsbury's seem the best for vulnerable people, I was trying them all to see if even click and collect was an option for the next three weeks (nope) but Sainsbury's didn't let me even have a look because I didn't qualify as vulnerable. Good on them, and the nicest thing anyone's said about me...

The walking dead starts again tonight

I don't like the episodes they purposely put in to have a break from the main story, kills the momentum.

    Richard Keys again ,

Cov fan only when it sounds good and gives him some 'proper fan of a small club' legitimacy. Fuck that 70s ape

City's Hardest XI - Take No Prisoners

There's a great clip of Mick Harford, the opposition had just scored and are doing some kind of group celebration on the ground when Harford just walks through and basically on them. Not a single one does anything

    Nintendo Switch

BOTW was too much for me. While I love the idea of it, being dropped in somewhere and just left to find it all yourself will either result in one of my all-time favourites or I'll have trouble going back to it. As good as I know it is, it ended up being the latter for me.

    Home Working Thread

Today was my first day. The VPN that we need to access to do some backend admin stuff wasn't built to cope with the demand a global pandemic may cause so it's been a bit frustrating, but on the massive upside I know exactly which arses have been on the toilets I use and Undercover Boss USA is a...

    Supermarket shortages

Remember when people murdering each other in supermarkets for shit they don't need was just one Black Friday a year? Magical days of yore

    PS5

The stuff about the SSD speed sounds good. What would impress me most is rapid loading and the selective install thing where I can just not bother with the online component I'll never use and save a load of time

    Supermarket shortages

One guy in the shop trying to buy a crate of 24 cartons of UHT milk before being told he can't have the lot. Lucky really because they'd be here longer than he will anyway

    Nintendo Switch

I'd go with Zelda Link's Awakening which is a remaster of the Gameboy original and has more of a cartoony style than BOTW Mario Odyssey is amazing too, and there's also New Super Mario U which is more of the old school Mario game
