Millwall are a funny side who seem to do better away and draw a lot at home. They don't concede many and most their games seem tight afairs. This is a team we are capable of beating but I would be happy with a point away from home.

We need to keep developing the players we have. Prune a few from the squad. Make a few more astute aquasitions Hamer/Sheaf/Ostigaard quality loan or permanent. Have some luck with injuries - yes luck plays its part.

Coaches? Mini buses? Hardly a reflection on our complete financial picture and ability to bring players in during January?

He hasnt a lot to choose from. In recent games people have been screaming for Giles. Well they have had him tonight and he hasnt offered much. The problem is we have good players on their day. But they lack consistency. Robins has a hard job with the limitations of our squad at this level...

Not sure what your expectation was? I agree with your basic observations but surely it was always going to be that way. A couple of seasons ago we were in League 2. Stoke were recently in the Prem. We are doing okay on limited resources, it is tough but it was always going to be.

You are obviously a glass half full man and would very quickly leave a squad void of confidence without offering any hope or solutions.

The problem is he is what we have in our squad. We have very little budget compared to other teams at this level. We have to stick with him and try and improve him. We are handicapped because some of our squad are League 1. But that is what two successive promotions bring on a limited budget.

Wilson prevents a corner - just in case some missed that contribution. I wouldnt normally mention it but it is for the ones who jump all over him at any opportunity.
