Yeah, they have a fairly modest cinema that showed more independent and classic stuff along with kids films around Christmas. it's closed currently while the building work's going on but I don't believe they're expanding or adding to it. Don't know if they'd go for a competing facility though

Agree, I don't think student accomm would be part of it. A new student village has literally just been finished on campus and while third parties are building nearby I'm sure there's no way they'd be allowed on campus land itself

Warwick has largely catered for most of the planned losses caused by Covid by pausing projects and spending and a voluntary redundancy scheme. A second wave or it never subsiding will obviously fuck things up for everyone but short of that it's not the alarm bells that may be sounding elsewhere.
