ACL have lost over £500k by not signing the CVA. I would have thought legal action is their only answer now, otherwise why did they do it?

Why is he adamant that SISU couldnt have agreed ACL's offer before the CVA was signed? It may not have been able to form part of the CVA, but it could still have been agreed surely, allowing ACL to then agree to the CVA? Is he missing the point big time on purpose? He said that Admin issue was...

SISU do not want ACL to sign the CVA. They want them to go into costly court battles to distress them further... IMO

Joy could have agreed to meet, and if any agreement was reached reference playing at the Ricoh, made signing the CVA a pre-requisite... job done. Nice and clean. If not, then at least she tried.... win/win

But, if they sold it to someone else, who then paid back the councils £14M, it could get them off the hook re the JR (if they are on a hook...), and would then have a much bigger fighting fund to use vs Northampton, the FL, and SISU.... and with the Ricoh prize gone, what's then in it for SISU...
