ACL have lost over £500k by not signing the CVA. I would have thought legal action is their only answer now, otherwise why did they do it?

Sisu are to blame for most things but not today's debacle...

Through this whole debacle, these are the sort of comments from you that make any decent point you may have to make completely worthless.

I would imagine we will hear about them once ACL have gone legal, and not before.

    Cwr

Why is he adamant that SISU couldnt have agreed ACL's offer before the CVA was signed? It may not have been able to form part of the CVA, but it could still have been agreed surely, allowing ACL to then agree to the CVA? Is he missing the point big time on purpose? He said that Admin issue was...

    Breaking news about Rent Deal

And still some people think its all about the rent...

They've run us up against a cliff edge of and they've moved to tip us over

SISU do not want ACL to sign the CVA. They want them to go into costly court battles to distress them further... IMO

    I'm unhappy

Maybe the landlord listened to your thousands of supporters, and decided that even though you were prepared to just bugger off to Northampton, he decided it was in their best interests to reduce to rent to a stupidly low amount to keep you there. He was thinking of the fans mate, a new concept I...

Does anyone else not like using the word Cov...

I think it's only people in or around Coventry that understand that Cov has always been the Rugby club. Supporters of other teams wouldn't have a clue. I'm more concerned with people using OSB and not putting the 58 after it.... :D

The sub plot was the weak point. More holes than a colander.

Image I messed with from the Protest.

Hope you've not got the next Ken Bates.

There are some on here that would suggest everything Ken has done has been for the benefit of Leeds united, hence you should back him in all his endeavours if you really loved the club.....no matter how underhand his actions seem, or how many lies he appears to tell..... ;)

    Sky Sports

Maybe a mass cancellation of sky by all fans on a certain day might get their attention?

    Acl back on cwr again

Joy could have agreed to meet, and if any agreement was reached reference playing at the Ricoh, made signing the CVA a pre-requisite... job done. Nice and clean. If not, then at least she tried.... win/win

ACL on CWR after 9am this morning

I'm sure most would like to think that, but the reality is that they are playing hard ball again, and would use this tactic whether or not they have anything to worry about. IMO

    Worth a read...

    I read this thread, not Torchy's... ;)

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

But, if they sold it to someone else, who then paid back the councils £14M, it could get them off the hook re the JR (if they are on a hook...), and would then have a much bigger fighting fund to use vs Northampton, the FL, and SISU.... and with the Ricoh prize gone, what's then in it for SISU...
