    ePetition In process

Delboy, I salute you. An excellent summary. Those who see the so-called logic of a new stadium have accepted that CCFC is a nonentity with no history, no pride and no integrity. If it happens I'm done. 40 years of support and I feel like that is just being flushed down the toilet.

    Next season away fans, boycott?

I live near Walsall! I wont be going to any "home" games there. I might attend the away game, depending if I have shaken off the virus that supporting CCFC is.

New stadium = No matchday revnues = No playing squad for CCFC 'Holdings' FC

We are all just guessing and I'm sure some fans will go but my guess, FWIW is we will be down to about 3500. Remember going to Walsall on a nice Saturday in August, after 3 months without football, is a bit different to going in the dark winter months. I think the majority of our fans are...

    Advanced talks with Walsall

We all know that, but how is taking on yet more debt, and slashing your income in the meantime, a solution?

    Next season away fans, boycott?

N/a as I go to only localish away games. Therefore never on the agenda. We get your point but I think most fans don't know or don't care about other clubs, wrongly, of course. It is time to try to change that not harp on about the past which we can now do nothing about.

    Next season away fans, boycott?

May I suggest to those with the wherewithal to organise these things that we lobby fans of all other clubs to boycott their away fixture v. Coventry City. An empty stadium would be a strong protest.

    This forum

Yes, saying not a word of criticism of SISU [except that old chestnut, "of course SISU have made mistakes"] but constantly criticising ACL/CCC/Higgs/SBTrust is being "balanced" on other forums! :thinking about: This forum has no in-crowd or picked on individuals and is all the better...

Gut feel - does anyone really think we won't start 2013/14 at the Ricoh?

when Jesus WASHED... He washed my sins away .... Maybe wash debts away [nb, Debt is the Victorian rendering of Sins] :D Told you I was a teacher!:pointlaugh:

Gut feel - does anyone really think we won't start 2013/14 at the Ricoh?

Hate to say it but my gut feeling is that it will be a long, slow death. Hope I'm wrong. I think we will be playing away to crowds of 3000 with a team of kids and misfits, in the relegation struggle. Hope I wake up to see my other half emerge from the shower and everything since 1999 is a...

    Average attendance 2012/13

Walsall is 15 mins drive from my house but I wouldn't go if the current owners are still in place.

    Average attendance 2012/13

Away from the Ricoh I can see it being an average of 3,500 tops. 1500 season tickets + 1500 casuals + 500 ish away fans. Guesses, of course, but seriously, how many will keep going "away" to home games through the winter?

I need your help! Please read and reply if possible...

Just had a quick look as I do tend to hang on to stuff season ticket 1994/95 is headed, Coventry City Football Club with no further info Season ticket 2004/05 has a VAT number on 655 1339 37 Renewal letter 2008/09 has at the base of the letter, Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Limited...

    How many on here

I see nobody has given any evidence that CCFC have been "ripped off" by ACL. Again opinions are based on what exactly? I repeat, I don't know if the deal on the rent was fair, a rip off, or somewhere in between. Yet others build a "I support CCFC whatever, don't cloud the issue with facts"...

SBTaylor, you recognise my first point was valid. Read it again and you will see the first point WAS the point, the rest of my post was an exposition of that point. The rest of your post was not a response to mine since I had raised none of the points you take issue with.

    Another Trust Statement

SBTaylor, to answer your question directly: I have no idea, and neither have you, since we are not in possession of all the facts, accounts, minutes of meetings etc Secondly, ACL have no mandate to help the club, although it appears, they generously helped the club to have a stadium to play...

    How many on here

I think you are mistaken. Many "take ACL's side" as you see it. Well, actually, I think these people realise ACL have a legal right to the money owed. That is a fact which we have to accept. No point moaning about it, pay up or renegotiate a new deal. This is not taking ACL's side, it is...

    Another Trust Statement

I would like to seriously consider this assertion that the club has been shafted over the rent on the Ricoh and that CCFC have a worse deal than any other club. So, Grendel, SBTaylor, Insidetrack or torch can one of you post your evidence base in simple language please so we can look at it...

Let the Football League know what you think

Of course. Help yourself. Whatever their policy. I think a few hundred emails all arriving would make someone realise there is an issue which they have to deal with. It cannot do any harm, anyway.

Let the Football League know what you think

I emailed the Football League on Friday on [email protected] I was asked to post by somebody a template of what I had written. So here goes: Dear Sir, I have been a season ticket holder at Coventry City for 40 years. I am shocked that events at the club, of which you must be well...

    Suggested protest

Trust should not cut all ties. They should continue to talk to all parties. That is pretty useless if they are on the fence. If SISU continue with their plans we starve them of cash until they sell or liquidate. If the latter we start again.
