You may well be right.

It depends on what outcome they want ? If they are worried about the legals, you could easily argue they can’t afford not to let us go as it may cost a lot less in missed rent than SISU winning a court case.

It’s simple, by winning a court case and then leaving. Anything else and we are always in the same fight with the council we have been for years. Wasps having the ground has introduced another party we are fighting against.

Surely only realistic sites are groundshare with Birmingham or Walsall ? Nuneaton would be a joke
