Wasn't our average gate north of 12.000 last season.

Why would he want to come back here, you love the club but he hasn't any real emotional connection to City. I'm sure given a choice between us and SUFC he would pick them, they have real ambition to get out of this shite league, and play in front of 20.000 fans every week.

So a few days ago he's one of our best & favourite players, part of the spine of the team, someone who never shirks responsibility or disappears on the pitch. But now he's a target for ridicule. Ok then

I know, but we are doing it with little time to spare and many positions to fill. It's not really ideal preparation for the season ahead is it, pre season was all about fitness, formations and familiarity between the players, we never take advantage of it.

I don't think they do Nick' it's more the insinuation that we have to sell to buy, Even after offloading many players on relatively good wages.
