Yes they probably will but they have sold about 60 million's worth of talent (so far) so clearly the parachute payments weren't enough.

They got some of it back but also had massive debts from league 1 promotion season and the Championship season. All those players they spent £130 mil on last season will also be Prem wages. They were the opposite of Luton and spunked all their dough trying to stay up but didn't even get close...

It's a buyers market if you want rid of a player and a sellers market if you want to keep said player. I can't see anyone stumping up the 10 Mil City are asking. The longer the window goes we may see a lowering of the valuation or payment terms of it.
