Do you expect them to come out doing a dance or giving each other high-5s or something?

Its an odd selection for sure and not the one I would have made but we'll have to wait and see. Lets be honest we've got one point so far so you can def make an argument that not changing things is equally odd. Can't have it both ways, Godden and Vik were being slated midweek, now Robins has...

    Wasps

Didn't we all think the same and then it turned out the player registrations were actually with another company? The timing of some of the changes with who owns what just seems a bit coincidental to me, if I was a bondholder I'd be very worried that something was being lined up.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

The problem is that even if they bin her off in a few months there's nobody waiting in the wings. Sunaks campaign has really exposed him and might play well to some of the party faithful, but obv not enough for him to win, but some of the things he's been coming out with surely would give him...

    Wasps downward spiral...

Yet over on their forum they're taking this statement as proof the bond is to be repaid shortly as the prospective, unnamed, lender would't have allowed the statement to be put out otherwise. They take head in the sand to a whole new level.

Adaramola being sent back to Palace?

Can't help but feel there's more to this. Surely our scouting can't be that bad that we've signed a loan with the expectation of him playing first team football only to find he's not even up to the u23s. Its not like he's from some far flung country where nobody has had much opportunity to see...

    Wasps

In theory is there anything to stop them putting the company within the group that hold the lease into admin, fuck off the bond holders and move the part of the club that is the rugby club to brum? There doesn't seem to be any punishment for that in rugby so it would be down to if it could be...

    Wasps

Its official? The bondholders must be delighted to have received their money, I assume they have received their money based on what Dawkins has posted, I mean as he says he's never wrong, he certainly never been wrong about transfers or things going on at the club :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

but where does that £4m a year come from when they're losing millions a year already?

    Wasps downward spiral...

given they have had years with essentially an interest only loan, and even to meet the payments on that they had to borrow enough to ring fence money for the interest payments, how on bath are they going to service a loan at a higher interest rate moving forward? I don't see any business plan...

    Wasps downward spiral...

Months ago they were releasing statements saying similar, what makes anyone owned money think things will be different this tie round? Reads to me as more stalling and hoping the bond holders will just sit on their hands and do nothing while not getting their money back on some vague promise...

    Deadline Day Thread

There was a chap from Lords cricket ground on the other day about how much the cost of having the floodlights on had increased. Would expect something like that would just be included in our rent, doubt its a separate cost passed on, in which case Wasps are paying out more but receiving no more...

It won't be a good thing if we're doing it on a minimal budget. Trying to build virtually an entire squad on free transfers and out of contract players won't be easy.

    Deadline Day Thread

Its not brilliant but its certainly not a disaster. All we've heard over the summer is keep the big 3, which they've done, albeit likely only due to COH injury. What we need now is COH back as quickly as possible and no other key players being out for any length of time

I thought Wasps had said a consent solicitation process would be formalised in August, must have got my dates mixed up. When did they say they'd have that out by?
