Amazing how they even bottled getting a new manager

It's very possible I am wrong about him, but he's one lucky so and so. Never seen a team collapse in front of my eyes like Utd, and he's got some of the biggest resource in the world.

Ten Hag to remain at Manchester Utd. A case of there being no-one better to replace him? Don't get me wrong, there are many problems at Utd, but I doubt Ten Hag is the answer. He's got some of the largest resources on the planet, in football terms

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I am a soft Eurosceptic, and voted, just about, "Leave" in the EU Referendum, but I can say with a large degree of certainty, Russian interference through social media had a sizable impact on the vote. Social media is easily the biggest influencer on the electorate.

    Transfer Rumour Paddy McNair

I probably wouldn't be against the signing either, as long as wages are reasonable, but I remember Bambo Diaby, the prick that headbutted Liam Kitching last season when playing those pricks Sheffield Wednesday, playing a blinder against Gyokeres when we faced Preston at Deepdale, and since...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

It's very unlikely the UK could have avoided war if it wanted to. It's true that Hitler, even before the war, seeked an Anglo-German alliance, and early in the war offered peace. But the UK at the time was a superpower with a footprint on almost every continent on earth. Germany had the policy...

    USSR invades Ukraine.

I've said "Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances" so many times the words have lost all meaning! (Grendel arrives) Grendel: We’ve got to do the “Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances” argument again, Kyle Me: But we already did it. It took seven hours, but we did it. It’s done...

    Disabled supporters story

From the outside looking in, the club obviously has to perform the delicate dance of supporting disable supporters and meeting its legal responsibilities, but also to protect its business. Obviously I will defer to those directly impacted, but at the minute, I think we can hope the club...

Wish the BBC wouldn't include words like this on a Friday after three or four beers, though. Subliminal messages. BBC, sponsored by Just Eat

    Transfer Rumour Alan Browne

I am honestly not too fussed. Torp and Palmer can fight for the 10 spot, with Allen, if he stays, and maybe even Wright also playing there. Eccles, Sheaf and sexy New Zealand guy to play central midfield, again if we got the latter. I would have liked to have signed him, but if Preston did...
