Yep, it's a statement of facts, but it's from SISU. In other words it's from one side and has not been challenged in court yet. That's why I think it's risky to rely on it as a single source of information, which is what I feel is happening in this article and elsewhere.

It's an utterly fatuous argument this 'Higgs didn't win so they shouldn't have brought the case' one. Given it's also made by someone who openly admits he couldn't care less if the Higgs or CCC lose money as long as SISU get the stadium, I'd just ignore it mate. It's what I do. :)
