I also must admit that I didn’t realise they were a betting company. The name doesn’t give it away, like Bet365 or SkyBet and if you aren’t a betting person then they aren’t that well known. Thus why there will definitely be the strap line underneath the logo on the shirts.

Are you suggesting that advertising doesn’t work? I’d suggest the modern economy says otherwise. Ask any of the people that created google, for example. I’m not sure the “it won’t influence anyone” argument stacks up, given that’s the entire point of advertising and it’s a rather large...

Maybe they will do a sponsorless top? I do get your point, and it is unfortunate but I suspect the money on offer was significantly more than any other option. There are betting logos all over the stadia and every team pretty much, until they ban it (which might well happen) I don’t think we...

Definitely a red tinge on the far left (keep politics out of it though yeah).

    Jordan Ponticelli

Made a point of liking all the social media posts wishing him well also. Small thing, but shows a bit of class. Hope he does well, he’s been incredibly unlucky with the way things have gone but still seems to have taken it all on the chin and just got in with it. I hope he scores lots of goals...

So hope we don’t get this type of collar, or indeed anything resembling that in any way, shape or form 🤮

Doubtful we will attending matches this side of Xmas

I think your average virus is probably more intelligent, spends longer doing its job, kills fewer people and reproduces less than Johnson. :p

Championship Club Membership - 1st Sept

They’ve done a large update to ifollow over the summer, so my guess is it will be a lot better at spotting vpn access. They must know what happens (it’s not exactly hard to find online discussions of ways to access it) and at the end of the day it is their business so will do all they can to...

Don’t know if you’ve been to don valley, and I’ve no idea how much it’s changed since I lived in Sheffield, but you really wouldn’t want to be playing football there for any length of time. Went to a ‘rave’ there once, ha.

Council meeting for Mark and I

With regards the Alexander Stadium I believe the legacy planning is more about athletics / community stuff than any prospect of it ever being a football stadium. Birmingham City University have been signed up as anchor tenants, and they are moving sports science stuff there. It is planned to be...
