Am I the only one who thinks all this makes a mockery of the fabled 'Fit and Proper Persons Test'??! Do the FL have to do a test on the Directors of ARVO? Or Sconset? Or SBS&L, or CCFC H etc etc?! It all seems to be above board, but has it ever been done by a football club before?... I think...

They haven't paid back a penny of the previous CVA. I'd guess the choc teapot Football League's rules don't cover additional penalties for clubs agreeing to come out of admin via a CVA but then defaulting on that CVA...

The 'confidentiality agreement' between the parties indicates to me they are all culpable. Please can someone more legally aware than me explain the implications (financial??) for breaking this? To me a comparison is the News Corp v Gordon Taylor (dont get me started on him...)...

I wouldn't worry about it too much, they wont start next season in League 1...
