Ah no, the original appeal was CCFC v VOA based on the Rateable Value RV they were paying. The next one will be ACL v VOA, presumably based on the new RV that they will face. I think both of these appeals will have been/will be heard by the Valuation Tribunal if I've understood the mechanism...
