Hoffman being involved makes me nervous, his track record isn't great. I get the point of him being a fan and wanting what is best for the club but there's lots of people on here who are fans who I'd want nowhere near a position of power, the two things aren't related.

I've never been asked for my membership number of proof of previous purchase when paying on the gate. If what you're saying is true it is permanently impossible for anyone who hasn't been to a game before to purchase a ticket which is hardly a great plan for attracting new fans.
