    There's so much going on...

There is so much happening at the moment I'm losing track of events ! We have protests, Motions posted in Parliament, ACL meeting with Football League, Media coverage etc etc.. All makes me wonder what the realistic chances are of a) the Football League withdrawing it's consent to groundshare...

    appleton fires back

Without Prejudice:- Appleton has failed to address many of the questions raised and, in my opinion, has "ducked" the obvious ones. For example, failing to get a satisfactory answer re the transfer of assets in 2012, failing to take account that accounts have not been filed (a criminal offence)...

    appleton fires back

But Mr Appleton -- you sold Coventry City Football Club BEFORE you had completed your investigations ? (which are still incomplete !)

    Another failed protest then!

Agreed -- freedom of speech is to be supported, but this guy's paranoia is getting ridiculous. Not sure what you should do.. warn him firstly ?

    Acl/cva

Personally I think ACL will reject the CVA and then use legal means to prevent SISU from liquidating CCFC Ltd -- ACL has more than enough reasons to persue tis further through the courts if necessary. Any other views ?

    Parliament Today

Sterling, let me tell you that I'm an OAP living 40 miles from Coventry and therefore going on protest marches or dressing up like you do is not really possible. My first game was in 1952 and I have hardly missed one home fixture in all 61 years. If Sky Blues go to Northampton I will not be...

    Parliament Today

I expect the piss takers to also state this is a waste of time to ! Crticize me and others for showing passion if you must - but I'ask what are YOU doing to aid the Sky Blues cause .. well done Jim, keep at 'em !

My latest email to football League

I always get a "read by" receipt, so even if I get the standard reply, it shows my emails are read by Greg Clarke !

My latest email to football League

Ok, I know some on here are taking the piss out of me because of my various emails to the governing bodies, but I have emailed Greg Clarke again today pointing out : 1 My understanding is that should ACL agree to the CVA there will be no need for CCFC Ltd to file it's accounts. 2. My...

A serious question for Paul Appleton...

Mr Appleton, it is a matter of record that neither CCFC Ltd, CCFC Holdings Ltd, Sky Blue Sports and Leisure Ltd and Otium have not filed their accounts. Therefore, please justify your decision in selecting Otium as "preferred bidder" without properly audited accounts ?

We have to open at the Ricoh ?

Oh what a tangled web !
  14. Voice_of_Reason

We have to open at the Ricoh ?

But SISU has no licence to play in the Football League ?
  15. Voice_of_Reason

We have to open at the Ricoh ?

CCFC is in administration. CCFC has the Golden Licence. Appleton only can decide where we play (open our fixtures). If Appleton allows CCFC to play at Northampton he should remember ACL is a creditor and therefore not show bias by encouraging CCFC to break it's agreement with ACL surely ...

    Appletons'dilema

This is all getting very interesting and uncomfortable for some, in my opinion ! The FL, PA, SISU !!

    I sincerely hope so !

    Appletons'dilema

With CCFC still in Administration it is down to Appleton where we play, not SISU ! However, if Appleton agrees to play at Northampton whilst in administration, is HE also complicit in CCFC breaking it's lease with ACL ? Appleton has a huge decision to make here ! I bet he's going through...

Is the Football League complict too ?

If ACL think NTFC is complict in agreeing to the "groundshare" and can be sued, is the Football League equally complict in allowing this and could they also be sued ?
