I feel it is now more important than ever that the boycott of Sixfields is stepped up. The tide, in my opinion, is slowly turning -- the survey (for all it's crticism relating to KCIC/NOPM) is a barameter, plus nearly 3 times as many going to Port Vale than those going to Sixfields shows SISU...

In his comments to the Telegraph Appleton doesn't explain why the players are shown as assets in the accounts of CCFC Limited, yet claiming the contracts are in Holdings Ltd (according to him!). Little wonder this won't be made public ! Complete bullshit ?

OK, but which company PAID for the players when they were bought ? CCFC Ltd or CCFC Holdings Limited. All the assets in CCFC accounts show the players as assets in CCFC Ltd, not Holdings -- explain Mr Appleton explain.....

Big day Thursday this week - Fisher announces plans of new stadium (ha ha, as if!) and Paul Appleton presents his findings (what's the betting he asks for more time?). Until then, keep up NOPM and KCIC pressure !

I feel a lot depends on the Administrator's final findings when presented which could paint an entirely different picture (or not). This, coupled with the JR appeal outcome may change things.

Received a reply from Paul Appleton's spokesman on his behalf when I emailed him a copy of Timmy's admissions that Players contracts were in CCFC Ltd after all ! Mr Appleton said he could not comment as Timmy was a Director of Otium and he wasn't responsible for Timmy's admissions. I replied...

I would have thought that the first thing an "Insolvency Expert" would be to look at the employees Contracts of Employment to see which Company they were legally contracted to work for, pay NI Contributions and PAYE !!

Don't care if the Football League registered the players in the Moon, LEGALLY they were contracted to CCFC Ltd, their employers -- more than enough evidence already shown on here. I did expect a speedy BUT THOUROUGH resolution, this has not been the case.

Appleton due to present his findings on 19th September followed by application to liquidate CCFC Ltd (unless Appleton decides to re-run the Administration Process and present a new CVA, maybe even open the bidding again - I doubt none of these will happen)

With more and more evidence being revealed since the CVA (which Appleton could, and should, have been aware of) why did he present the CVA to the creditors at that time when evidence now shows that players registrations (assets) were with CCFC Ltd and not Holdings ? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !
